How to Order Our order form lists all of our current products. You'll also see some offers for combination discounts and savings on a variety of packages, so be sure to look for those if you're considering more than one item--it will save you money. Some general notes about placing orders: Please send your order by fax, phone or mail. All orders must be prepaid. We can accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express (but no other charge cards), or a check or Postal Money Order. All checks and money orders must be in U.S. funds. All checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank. There is no sales tax on any order. Any paid order received by noon Pacific Time is usually shipped that business day. All other orders are shipped the next business day. Unless you make special prior arrangements, we ship all U.S. orders via First Class/Priority Mail. To make other arrangements, please contact us first. To place a rush (overnight) order via Federal Express (U.S. only), please call 1-800-338-4331 before noon Pacific Time on any business day. Please do not use this online form for a rush order. (Note: The surcharge for an overnight order is $26.) Unless you make special prior arrangements, we ship all non-U.S. orders via Postal Air Mail. We attach all proper customs documentation, but we do not register or insure the package.
